Spanish non resident tax made simple

If you do not rent out the property ...

If you own a property in Spain and are not a permanent resident, without a Spanish income, you still need to complete a tax declaration form each year and submit it to the Spanish tax office. It may be that you have a holiday home for family and friends or maybe you prefer to spend the winter months in Spain. I offer a simple, easy to follow service for English language speakers to take care of their tax requirements, meaning you will not have to worry about the confusion and complications that sometimes arise when trying to deal with a Spanish company.

Declaring rental income ...

If you rent out the property you need to declare the income and pay the relevant tax.  Declarations should be made quarterly throughout the year.  There is also an annual form that needs to be submitted.

Don't get in trouble with the Spanish authorities ...

Generally you will not receive a demand for the tax payable from the authorities as it is deemed to be the responsibility of the property owner to complete a 'self assessment' and make the payments.

Sometimes the tax office will make checks and if you are not up to date with the taxes this is the time you can incur fines.

My UK based business provides the solution to meet your obligations without extortionate fees.
